Hide & Seek - Smokey Style

This is actually from a few weeks ago but finally got the chance to post. Hide & Seek is fast becoming my favorite game to play whether I am hiding or seeking.

Thunder & Power Outages

This is what happens when it thunders outside and then the power goes out 4 times in a span of 30 minutes. For some reason I thought hiding in the dark of a cabinet was a good way to get rid of the dark. And Smokey of course never likes the thunder, lightning or rain.

Daddy's 1st Time at Hoppin' House

Daddy had a blast watching me at HH today...and the trip there did not disappoint. Not only did I have crazy static electricity in my hair but I also showed him my Spiderman impression.

Camp O Day 3 - M&D Come Home!

With my sidewalk message in place on the driveway (It read: Welcome Home Mommy & Daddy. I missed you! Love Ava -- would post photos but they did not turn out well) and my artwork displayed on the mantle, I was ready for Mommy & Daddy's return home. Thanks again to Granny & Pops for driving up to stay with me. We also wanted to thank the Tilsons for watching me Thursday and to Me Mommy who offered to help as well.

And here is Mommy cuddling me when she got home (yes, she is crying she just can't help it when she hasn't seen me in a few days)...I was "glad to see them again."

Camp O Day 3

My last day at the satellite branch of Camp O (aka home). While we wait for M&D to get home from Mexico, we decided to have a little more fun. I got to help make some rolls... Then I let Granny play beauty shop again before church (rub it in Granny! ha!)

And I modeled some more of my rarely worn hair bows! I think I am going to miss G&P.

Camp O Day 2

After going to get supplies at Target, Pops, Granny & I painted some art for my parents.

Granny was lucky enough to get me to play beauty shop (very rare) and put in a pretty pony tail for me.

And I decided to raid my drawers and play dress up with some of my old clothes...this shirt is a souvenier that G&P bought for me when I was 5 months old or something. Don't I look hilarious in my tiny clothes?

Camp O Day 1- Hoppin' House

While M&D were in Mexico, Granny & Pops came in town to hold "Camp O" at my house. For our first day, we decided to venture out to Hoppin' House. Here are some shots of me running around HH...I wore G&P out with all my craziness and when we got home Pops even had to take a nap! Thanks for taking me to the best place ever!

G&P did not think I was allowed to go on the BIG slide at HH...but I showed them that I had indeed done it before. You can see why they were a bit worried since it is HUGE but this is currently my favorite thing to do at HH and I will slide down at least 50x if you let me.

Mommy's Bday Dinner

We headed over to the Oasis to celebrate Mommy's 30th birthday. Me Mommy, Gabe, Sawyer & Lexie braved the heat and came with us for a really fun dinner.

Mommy has been on a sewing kick (see some of her work below) and as a result, started her own blog to show all the projects she is working on for herself, friends or clients. Party at the Park

We headed to the park today for Hoppin' House's 1st anniversary party -- it was a blast! They had giant water slides, face painting, free snocones and more!
Chowing down on my snocone...check out my cool ladybug painting..was too scared to get my face done but right after I got my hand painted, I actually changed my mind and wanted my face done too...too bad there was a line!

On the only water slide I could go on...I chose to walk instead of slide but had a great time all the same!
