Bathtime

Little bunny Ava, sucking on my hand....Anyways, I got a bath this evening and as you can see from the below I got all wrapped up in my bunny towel afterwards. I was really hungry too so you can see me chomping on my hand as well.

Playtime

I love to play on my mat these days -- I check myself in the mirror and sometimes kick and hit my toys. It's fun. My puppy Smokey likes to hang out with me while I play - he is very protective of me. You can see us playing below...

Accepted!

Went to the grand opening of my soon to be school and got all signed up to start when mom goes back to work on June 18th. Met my teacher (Grandma Judy as she is called) and am very excited (and a bit sad) about starting there. Glad they had space for me!

Apology/Pink Stripes

Sorry I have been missing in action from my blog -- had a busy week with several lunch dates and visits to my cousin's house. Sadly I have no photos of these events so you have to trust me on this one. :)

Anyways as the week wrapped up I hung out with my dad on the back porch. I am wearing my cute pink striped pjs and getting ready for bed. I like to get my legs working before bedtime.

Daddy/Daughter Bonding Time

I was given a few bottles this weekend so that Mom could have some free time -- she usually is nursing me every 2 hours or so and it gets exhausting. So I got to spend some good quality time with Daddy. He is very good at feeding me and I enjoy our time together. My feet were cold so we put on my sweet Mary Jane socks. I feel super cute when I get to wear my kicks!

Car Ride

Hanging Out

Tonight my mom and I hung out on the back porch while Daddy watered the yard. I like the outdoors despite the look on my face. :)

Doctor Visit

I had my one month check up today. While mom has been busy rapidly losing weight, I have been gaining weight. About half a pound since my last visit. I am now 8 lbs and 14 ozs (50%) and 21 1/4" long (75%). The doctor wore me out as you can see by the below....

My First Outing

I took my first real trip out of the house (other than a dr appt) to my Aunt Gabe & Uncle Lyndon's. I met Eileen & Brian....

Visitors

Pablo & Coco came to see me (they drove in from Houston!). Please don't call them Grandpa or Grandma -- somehow it makes them feel old. :) At least I think that is why they don't like those names.

Playdates with Cousin Sawyer - Week 1 & 2

Cousin Sawyer came to visit me a few times. Sometimes she brings her mom Aunt Gabe... (note: I am just yawning here--contrary to the title I rarely "play" on these occasions; I tend to sleep more than anything)


And sometimes she brings G-mommy. Here she is learning to be gentle with me - she has a tendency to want to hit me on my head.
