Word Explosion

Here are more words that I say. At least 15 of these I started saying in the past 6 days and it has surprised Mommy & Daddy just how much I can say.

Jacket, new, toy, grapes, chips, fall, chicken, cow, teeth, Ava, mine, queso, you're welcome, tick tock, bacon, shower, french fry, shower, straw, soap, where'd it go?, toodles, Ian, peekaboo, chin, butterfly, goal, Brobee, stroller, my turn, pink, blue, ho ho ho, pretty and I can count from one to ten!

Granny's Tea Party

Cousins

Just like last time we were together, Ian and I engaged in a game of "Monkey See, Monkey Do" for the most part. But this time, I also decided to follow Emily around too (ok, so I did not really follow her around since she doesn't move yet; instead I just laid down beside her and rolled around).

Conroe Christmastime

Here are a few fun photos from our Christmas in Conroe.

Granny & Pops had their hands full, literally, with the 3 of us kiddos.

I enjoyed playing with my new doll Lucy as well as my old faves, Tiny Tears and Samantha. Of course, we loved Emily's car seat for hanging out.
Pops and I drank our coffee/tea together in the morning. Who knew how much I would love my princess tea set??

Crazy Conroe Lights

We went to check out the crazy lights again this year when we got into town. I was pretty impressed with all the lights, music and other stuff they had going on. Here's Daddy & I enjoying the bubbles they had going.

Here is me running thru the lights (sorry for the blur but in order to even remotely capture how cool the lights are on film, you can't use a flash so you get this trippy feeling to all the pics).
And here is another shot of the lights...a few years ago this was just the one guy's house and now he and his neighbors go all out, shutting down their street due to the enormous crowds that gather.

More Christmas Fun

After opening all my Christmas gifts, we headed outdoors to play with some of the new toys. Here I am riding my new tricycle.

And I got into G-Mommy's car and begged her not to leave.
Then Daddy & I played with his St. Nick's gift - it is a golf game and I enjoyed laughing at all the wiffle balls flying into the net.

Daddy taught me how to swing my golf clubs but I decided his clubs were better than mine. Why use plastic when you have the real thing?

Finally, we went inside and I pushed around my new baby Lucy in her stroller.

Merry Christmas

Christmas Day was a blast.

Here I am after opening all my Santa gifts. I had already put on my princess dress (thanks Tilsons!) and drawn on the easel so as we waited for G-Mommy to come over, I took a minute to contemplate which of the many new toys I would play with next.

Christmas Come Early

We celebrated Christmas this weekend when Aunt Cortney, Uncle Jack and Pablo came in to town.

Here I am showing everyone what a cute present I am!

And I really enjoyed one of my new gifts -- Pop Goes the Weasel!!!
Finally, Sawyer and I put on a puppet show of sorts. I really just enjoyed going behind the curtain and back but we kept the adults entertained nevertheless.

Visit with Santa

Daddy & Mommy took me to Santa this weekend. Unlike last year, I was a bit shy around Santa this year and got super clingy when we got near him...he was a bit scary, I must admit. So instead of torturing me and making me sit in his lap for a photo, D&M decided to just let me pose near him this year.

As you can see from the below picture, I had to be about 5 feet away from him in order to retain my composure... and even then I would not crack a smile. But D&M thought it was pretty funny. And cute!

Ring Around the Rosie

Jennie came over to catch up with Mommy today and also to play with me...she played Ring Around the Rosie with me and both Mommy & Daddy were surprised at how excited I was to play this game. Thanks Jennie for humoring me and doing everything I asked you to do...like play this game a million times!

Happy St. Nick's Day!

Old Times

It was like old times today...we went over to the Tilson house and hung out for a playdate. Aunt Gabe posed for silly photos with me.

Grey & Finley stopped by...although only Grey managed to get in our family photo.

Sawyer was acting like such a good Mommy and letting my lie on her...isn't this adorable? Grey doesn't seem to think so. :)

Thanksgiving Weekend - The End

Literally....

Thanksgiving Weekend - Family Photos

Some fun photos of the family from this weekend...

Mommy, Daddy, Granny, me, Pops, Emily, Donna, Ian & Mike
Me & Granny saying "Cheese"
Daddy, me & Pops on a wagon ride around the neighborhood

Granny & Pops and all their grandchildren

Thanksgiving Weekend - Me & Ian

Ian and I were two peas in a pod this weekend as witnessed in these photos...wherever he was, I was. And vice versa.

Thanksgiving Weekend - Me & Emily

We headed up to Dallas this weekend for Thanksgiving...I got to meet my newest cousin, Emily.

For most of the weekend I only casually gave "baby" a look or two (what can I say? I was entraced by Ian...he's older and louder and all sorts of active). But here I am trying to take a good peek at Emily...I liked to try to rock her in her swing.

Me & Caroline & the Ducks

While in Conroe, I got to hang out with Caroline, the neighbors' granddaughter who was also visiting. I have met her many times...she is one day younger than me! We had a blast feeding the ducks together...we had all the "old people" laughing. Caroline would throw the bread and I would shout "Yeah!" over and over and cheer her on.

Look at all those ducks!

Note that on this video, despite the fact that Caroline (on the right) is dancing about, it is actually me yelling at the top of my lungs in excitement...I am weird! Oh and adorably cute (according to Mommy).

Conroe

We went to Houston/Conroe this weekend for a short stay (Daddy had a business function). So I got to have some unexpected Pops & Granny time at the lake.

Pops helped me feed cat food to the ducks...

I posed for pics on their deck (well ok, not posed so much as pointed around and attempted to do anything other than pose for a picture)...

And Pops showed me more ducks in the lake. All in all it was a great time.

Fun with Trina & Beau

T & B stopped by tonight to hang out. Little did they know, I would require their full attention the entire evening. Here is Trina doing some leg extensions with me as the weight. Ha ha.
And I had a lot of fun playing with Trina's scarf...here is me with a turban...

and here is me doing my best nun imitation.
