Our second to last day of family vacation was a trip to the Dallas Aquarium.

More Vacation

So Mommy got an early birthday surprise from the whole family -- a new camera---an awesome digital SLR camera that takes WAY better photos. So you may see a lot more photos just because Mommy takes like a million photos a day. Here's a few good ones...

Vacation!!

We went up to Grapevine to a place called Great Wolf Lodge for a little family vacation with the Okruliks and the Friends. I had a blast hanging with my cousins, going to the waterpark, doing crafts, and playing games at the arcade. Great place, great people, great time!!

Here are Ian and I entertaining ourselves in the hotel house by playing "3 legged race" --Mommy never thought that the fabric scraps she gave me would be so amusing. This was one of my fave parts of the trip...painting a turtle bank at the crafts room...LOVED it!

And I even got to see a real live tree frog...I came close to touching it but decided against it at the last minute.

At the arcade, not only did I get to play Skee ball, Wheel of Fortune and Dance Dance Revolution but I also got to drive an ice cream truck!

Here's Daddy and I on the tubes at the wave pool...we did not get many pics at the waterpark b/c Mommy never remembered to bring her camera and in any case did not want to get it wet. This waterpark was awesome as it was inside the hotel and had a HUGE kid area.

Hoppin' House

While their parents were out of town, Mommy & I hung out with Sawyer & Lexie and took them to Hoppin' House today...we had a great time! Although the below pictures all take place in the cube pit, we did have a blast in the bouncy houses...it was just hard to get any pictures there.

As expected, at Kasey's (Daddy's friend's) wedding, I danced up a storm..with everyone!

Today we headed to SA for a wedding...we met up with G & P so they could babysit me for the rehearsal.

My buddy Caroline came over to G & P's to get in the pool with me. Even though I am a day older than her, she insisted on calling me "Baby" but I did not mind. We had a blast and I am so thankful that G & P's neighbors have such a fun granddaughter.

P.S. To Mike & Lyndon

So the last video had me thinking about a video we tried to make awhile back for Uncle Mike's birthday that never got sent or posted. You can see why below. Apparently, when Mommy asked me to tell Mike I loved him and happy birthday, I got a bit confused about which Uncle I was supposed to be talking to and so I kept saying Lyndon and then I would say Mike. In my world they share a birthday, I guess. It's funny so I thought I would share it.

Light Sabers & Mike

Ian brought his light sabers to G & P's house and we had a wonderful time playing chase and fighting with the swords...although as this video attests, Uncle Mike did a lot of the playing too. Mommy loves this video b/c really it's really more of just watching Mike watch Ian & I than it is of us playing...but Mike's expressions can be priceless.

We went to Conroe for the holiday weekend and ended up going to the pool with Granny & Pops. Thankfully someone lent me their floatie since I did not bring my own and since I really REALLY wanted one. Granny & I under the "fountain" that Pops made.
