Big Girl Bed

Who knew that 24 hrs after taking these adorable photos of me all excited about my toddler bed, that Daddy would have a really bad back ache (from the slumber party on the floor he had last night..let's just say I'm a roller) and Mommy & Daddy would be searching frantically for a bed rail to fit a convertible crib. One was found and here's hoping tonight is better for everyone!

Czech it Out!

2 Year Checkup

Had my 2 yr doctor appt with Dr. Wheelock today. I am 33.5 in tall and 26 lbs. That is 40% for both!

Funny story..while there, I started saying "pupek" in front of the dr. For all you Czech friends/family out there, you know this means belly button. However, the dr. did not know this (obviously) and asked M & D if I just said that I pooped. They then had to tell her what it meant. And then told me to show her my "pa-ja" (sorry Pops if I butchered the spelling of that one..no clue)...so I showed her my armpit. I may be bilingual after all...not that Czech helps you too much in Texas.

Sandbox Fun

School Party

Today I had a little birthday party at school...it was actually for me & Reed since he shares the same "happy day" as me. Here is a class photo (Daddy had to be in it b/c I did not want to sit down for one -- that seems to happen when my parents come to school). Too bad my buddies Cypress & Mark were out that day. And here is Reed trying to give me a hug...

Happy Birthday to Me! 2 Years Old!!

To celebrate me turning 2, we had a little party at my house. Me Mommy (as I call her these days), Granny & Pops, and the Tilson clan all came by to party.



Here is Me Mommy & her grandchildren. I love my new sandbox..I was the only one to actually get in although Sawyer did play on the outside. Meanwhile, Lexie was thrilled to have the playscape all to herself!

Lexie and I took a moment to play in last year's big gift...the water table. Don't our matching hair cuts look cute?

And as you can see, I eventually decided that being sandy was not enough...I needed to be drenched so I climbed in the water table. I am excited to be 2!!

One more...the cake shot...Mommy had to help blow out the candles b/c even with Sawyer's help, we did not blow hard enough. Notice my Diego cake...been talking about it for weeks! Thanks everyone for coming...I had a blast!

Giddyup Cowgirl!

We discovered an awesome new game to play with my horsey...Pops (or any adult for that matter) can give you a pony ride...yee haw! Needless to say, one day after this was discovered we made Pops give all the kiddos at my bday party pony rides..thanks Pops! Hope we did not wear you out too much.

Let's Rodeo...Again

M & D & I headed to the Rodeo today. Never been to the Austin Rodeo before but M's friend Jennie told us to check it out since she works for them.



First thing I wanted to do was check out the cow massage chairs...

then we headed over to where the cows were...I got to get up close and check them out. I love cows! We even brought my cow backpack.

Jennie came by to say hi (she was working so it was a quick hello) while we were in the kiddie area. I had so much fun. There were tractors and you could hunt for eggs and apples...I especially loved the apples..I put them back on the trees!

Last stop was to the pig races. Here I am waiting for them to start. Did I tell you that M & D bought me a super cool pink cowboy hat that I absolutely adore?

Horsey!

I got to celebrate my birthday early when a gift from Pablo arrived on my doorstep...a horse! I love it - thanks Pablo!!

Computer

One of my favorite things to do these days is watch home videos on our computer...I love watching "Baby Ava" and really enjoy any video featuring Sawyer in it too.



Cheese! M&D can get me to pose for photos these days...as long as they show me my picture afterwards...I'm obsessed with any kind of technological gadgets!

Dance Fever

Over the past few weeks I have become OBSESSED with dancing. I make Mommy & Daddy do it with me almost every night. This includes not only dancing but also swinging, see saw and any other thing that might get me in the air and off the floor. I even make Daddy do lunges and squats with me as I find it very amusing.

Ball Talk

Daddy & I like to play ball sometimes in the house...I also like to talk a lot during this time. Listen at about 45 seconds and I actually say a full sentence.

This week while I was sick, I decided on my own to practice tumbling. Too bad Mommy did not catch the one time I successfully tumbled on video...but at least she caught me trying! Ta da!
