My First Piece of Mail

My first piece of mail (addressed only to me!) came today. I was very excited since I am obsessed with paper these days.

What was it and who was it from, you ask? It was a halloween card from Granny & Pops -- thanks! I enjoyed chewing on it very much!

Fall Festival

Today we went to the Fall Festival at G-Mommy's school. I dressed up as a pink leopard and Sawyer was a little witch. It was fun but we did not stay too long as I was really tired.

Driving

Went to Aunt Gabe's house so Mommy could watch little Lexie for a bit today -- while I was there I got to play with all of Sawyer's toys (since she went out with my aunt). I had the most fun with her two cars. Check out my sweet 80's leg warmers.

7 Months Old

I am 7 months old today! Can you believe it???? Here are some adorable shots of me in my new hat and boots (thanks Pablo and Coco). Getting ready to head up to NYC soon for Aunt Cortney & Uncle Jack's wedding so we are getting prepared. Its actually 50 something degrees in Austin today so these might come in handy sooner!

Family Time - Round 2

Aunt Donna, Uncle Mike & Ian were in town this weekend and we met up at Freebirds with them for dinner tonight. Here is Uncle Mike being silly with me...

and here is Daddy holding Ian. Ian wore both Mommy & Daddy out tonight (and Uncle Mike & Aunt Donna) as he was running all around. Mom & Dad are happy that I am not quite mobile yet.

And this is the coolest thing. Here is a video of Ian talking and saying our names...even mine! He is such a smartie...he turns 2 this week! Happy Birthday!

Family Time - Round 1

Sunday was family day. Pablo & Coco were in from Houston to see Cousin Lexie so we went over to Gabe & Lyndon's to hang out. We took a "kid" photo while we were there....

then I chilled out with P&C for a bit...

More Laughing..

this time with Daddy. I love to laugh these days but choose only to really do so around Mommy & Daddy. Its our little secret (until now).

G-Mommy & Me

Today we went to lunch with G-Mommy. Here I am hanging out in G-Mommy's office....

and here I am smiling in the high chair at lunch. I was very happy and quite talkative today!

Today Mommy & I went over to Aunt Gabe's house to visit with Sawyer and Lexie. Here is a pic of us together...I am not quite sure what to make out of her since all she seems to do is sleep.

Art Show in Houston

This weekend we made a quick trip into Houston to go to an art show to see Pablo & Coco. It was fun seeing them but too short!


We ran into Mommy's friend Amira while at the show.... (I was cranky last time I saw her but was much happier this time around!)

and we posed for a family photo. Not too bad for once, but as you can see I was busy people watching!

Waking Up From My Nap

Mommy was a bit surprised when she picked me up from my nap today....

Here I am playing with my new drums (on the new couch which I absolutely love, I might add)...I am really into music these days.

Surprise!

So awhile back Aunt Gabe told Mommy that I slept at her house on my stomach. Mom was surprised since neither she nor Daddy had ever seen this. (If you know me, you know I do not like to hang around on my tummy too much...I tend to roll right back over and only every once in awhile will I intentionally roll to my tummy)

So today Mommy checked on me during my nap and....

Guess I do like my tummy sometimes!
