After a few weeks of taunting everyone with my rocking, reaching and almost crawling, I decided to actually take off today. Check me out -- I'm crawling!!

P.S. Mommy & Daddy are now frantically trying to babyproof the house...ha!

G-Mommy came over to celebrate Christmas with me....she gave me lots of good stuff including clothes, blocks, a puzzle, a baby doll etc. Thanks - I love them all!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Christmas! To celebrate my first one, Mommy took me to see Santa twice... and with very different results. Here is me with Santa at the mall (a few weeks ago)...

Me & Lexie

Went to G-Mommy's school today with Mommy, Aunt Gabe and Sawyer and Lexie. I was very interested in Lexie for once -- of course she did not seem to really want me to play with her, did she?

Getting Ready to Crawl

I've been practicing sitting up and getting on my knees for weeks now in my crib but I finally started to do it on the floor. Any day now I should be off and crawling (I already know how to roll from here to there but would love to get around like big kids do)

Happy St. Nicholas Day!!

We celebrated St. Nick's Day today. He left me lots of goodies in my stocking including a really cool santa hat, my very own mini tree, a reindeer hooded blanket, a hello kitty doll, and a matchbox car.

It's beginning to feel like Christmastime. We put up the tree this weekend and G-mommy left her gifts for me -- here I am checking out my BIG present...it actually was helping me stand!

Cruisin'

Mommy's friend Karen gave us this car/walker....I played around in it today and just loved it!

Playdate at Karen's

Went to a playdate today. 6 kids & 4 adults -- talk about the potential for chaos. Really was fun and not as crazy as we had expected. Check out the cute pics.

and Beckham(2 mos) and I laid on the floor once everyone else left or went to sleep. This was my first time meeting little Beck and just like me, he looks a lot like his daddy -- so cute!

Apparently, I love socks. I played with my socks for about 45 minutes this evening. Oh and yes those are my pants on my head!

Turkey Day/ 8 Months Old

Happy Thanksgiving! Today I am 8 months old. Here I am trying to learn how to do a"Touchdown" move while the Cowboys were on.

Standing Tall

Here I am standing all by myself while playing with a new toy. Thanks Aunt Gabe for asking your friend Karen if we could borrow it. I love it! One of these days I will pull up on my own..I really want to now but have not quite mastered that yet.

Visiting Granny & Pops

Went to Conroe this weekend so that Mommy & Daddy could go to this work party Sat night. I stayed with Granny & Pops all by myself for part of the weekend -- it was fun. Here I am with Pops making silly faces...and here is Granny & I playing on the floor....

While I was there, I did lots of sleeping in funny positions. I rarely lay still any more.

My Twin?

Sick of the fact that I look like Daddy's little twin, Mommy dressed us both up in red today. Too bad we both can't look cute in these pics. Thanks Michelle for taking/sharing these with us!

Outlet Malls

So Mommy & I went to the outlet malls with Aunt Gabe, Sawyer and Lexie. Talk about funny...
all 3 of rode in a row in the back of Mommy's Tahoe.
Sawyer and I hung out in our strollers while Lexie was being fed (check out the monster stroller Aunt Gabe has!)

Sawyer got restless and needed to walk so she helped Aunt Gabe push the stroller (too cute!)

And I sat in Sawyer's lap at the Gap and pulled her hair! Ha!
